Welcome everyone to our restorative retreat escape! We are beyond excited to be able to connect intimately with each of you on this retreat. Over the next 6 days we will be fully tapping into the mind, body and soul through surfing, yoga, meditation, sound bowl healing, hiking through the jungle and the beach, intentional group exercises, nutritious food, and quiet time. Our goal is that by the end of this mindful reset you walk away as a more empowered version of yourself, more connected to your spirit than ever before, with the tools to translate all of this back into your day to day lives. THE VENUE
Present Moment
The exclusive oceanfront boutique hotel is situated on a peaceful, serene beach in Troncones, Mexico. Rejuvenate with spa & wellness treatments. Dine on healthy gourmet cuisine.
Eleven private bungalows are the perfect antidote to the chaos of everyday life. Authenticity was imperative in the construction of every inch of the Present Moment. Thus, all bungalows have an indigenous palapa thatched roof, hand-crafted in the Mexican tradition, and are furnished with a pillow-top queen-sized bed with luxurious 400 count cotton bedding.

THE SCHEDULE
DAY 1: SETTLE INTO THE STUNNING PRESENT MOMENT
- Settle in Present Moment, Retreat to your tranquil home for the next six days
- Evening Welcome sunset bonfire ceremony and intentional workshop before a family-style dinner
DAY 2: DISCOVER THE WAVES OF TRONCONES
- Watch the sun glisten over Playa Troncones as you rise at dawn for a magical meditation and yoga session.
- Surfing masterclass with Bo Stanley (4 - 5 hours).
- Nutritious lunch.
- Afternoon sound bowl with Ray.
- Reconnect with the group for a family-style dinner.
DAY 3: YOGA AND GROUNDING WITH RAY
- Wake up and flow in this morning’s yoga session.
- Post-yoga breakfast.
- Group meditative walk on the beach.
- Enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure before you reconnect with the group during the evening's dinner.
DAY 4: SURF THE WAVES WITH BO
- Surfing masterclass with Bo Stanley (4 - 5 hours).
- Nutritious lunch.
- Afternoon workshop with Ray.

DAY 5:FAREWELL CELEBRATIONS

MEET YOUR HOSTS
Bo Stanley
Bo Stanley is a professional big wave surfer, certified personal trainer, and body activist. She started surfing at the age of 5 and went on to compete and end her journey on the Women's World Qualifying Series of Surfing as top 12 in the world. She then went on to begin her journey in promoting size diversity in the media and her next chapter as a professional big wave surfer. She believes the body must be approached in its 3 dimensional aspect to be the most authentic, healthiest version of yourself . The mind, the body and the soul. As a professional water sports athlete and certified personal trainer, she believes in the power of reconnecting into oneself through the ocean and through body movement. Her foundation of everything she approaches is one based on self love and body acceptance, as she promotes health, strength and surfing at every shape and size.
Rachel Dietrich
Rachel Dietrich is an IFBB Figure Pro, certified personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition coach. She has been fulfilling her passion for holistic health and helping others by integrating her extensive training as a personal trainer and yoga teacher to fuse together and connect the mind, body and soul. Her fusion of modalities is from a holistic approach as she works alongside her clients helping them to align their energy with the ultimate versions of themselves through customized fitness and nutrition programs. Her foundation as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and professional athlete is based on total alignment in the mind and body for optimal health and wellness.

The retreat starts at 5 pm on September 28, 2022, and ends at 11 am on October 3, 2022, local time.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH)

Return Airport Transfers are included in the retreat price. It takes around 45 minutes to get to the venue from Ixtapa airport, depending on the traffic and time of day. Before you travel we’ll ask for your flight details so we can arrange to meet you at Ixtapa Airport. You’ll be sharing a ride with a few other retreat participants.

Yes! Traveling alone is surely one of the best ways to meet new people and on this trip we’re all in it together and you’ll be part of the gang in no time.

Absolutely! We will always schedule down time in our daily itinerary for you to chill by the pool, go to the spa or nap in the sunshine.

Please contact us so we can assign you to an unaccompanied guest that also wants to travel in a double occupancy room. All double occupancy rooms on our retreat have the option to have two separate beds.

Rooms are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Each room is unique in size and view. Changing to a different room at the retreat is subject to availability and additional costs may apply.
Please note: all rooms are equal in terms of comfort and cleanliness. We will do our best to assign you the nicest available room at the time of your deposit.

The Deposit is a non-refundable deposit, used to secure your spot on the trip. If you decide to cancel your trip, we cannot refund your deposit.

In the unlikely event that WE have to cancel the retreat for any reason then we will offer you the following options:
A full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit
Transfer of your booking, free of charge, to a future retreat of the same value
If you are unable to travel because of a last-minute positive Covid-19 test, or restrictions in your region or country, you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider to claim any trip or retreat costs..

Local and destination restrictions preventing you from traveling

In order to enter the United States, all passengers are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within one calendar day prior to departure, PCR tests, as well as rapid antigen tests and proctored home tests, are acceptable for travel.
